Positive: It was exceptionally clean, not too sure if the hotel is new. Had great space and was soundproof. I couldn’t hear any neighbours, felt like we were the only guests in the hotel
Negative: It was probably just our room but the bathroom fan didn’t work, that meant the room would smell like condensation

Positive: The hotel location near Metro station made it perfect for me... The room was clean with basic kitchenware provided...
Negative: The room balcony was locked. it would have been better if it had been open. But it got compensated with access to the terrace... Basic breakfast option, could have been with some more food options...

Positive: The room is spacious and clean.
Negative: The staff. I payed for additional hour for my last day of stay so I can relax and sleep more but they keep knocking on my door like 3x so I wasn’t able to have my extra sleep. They knocked on my door because they need me to check out but I payed for additional 3 hrs to extend my stay. i payed that during my check in. So it was really annoying. Aside from that I like that they have restaurant downstairs and the food is also good.
Summary: Hotel good. But good communication within the staffs should also be enhance.

Positive: The confirmation email and no options to cancel did set our expectations low for this hotel, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. Check-in was smooth and took around 10 minutes, including the waiting in queue. No misunderstandings and no deposits needed. Only the city tax, which is normal if you travel anywhere. For us, it was about 50€ for 5 nights. It is visible that the rooms are new- nice new shower, and a comfy bed. Sheats were large and substantial, pillows fluffy and pleanty, matress was for my liking, and this hotel gets extra points for geting one big matress instead of 2 twin size put together (usual at cheap hotels). Also, there were no 'throw' or decorative pillows or blankets, which is amazing, because hotels usually don't wash them, and they become filthy in cheap hotels, so I was glad to see that this hotel did not put such things.👍 Pleanty of outlets for chargers, nice tv with Chromecast. Overall, even with my bad points taken into account, it was a very good value for the stay that we got.
Negative: Cleanliness is an issue for this one, like most cheap hotels. On arrival, it was not too bad. Some fingerprints here and there, nothing major, definitely seen worse. However, when we wanted to use the dishes from the kitchenette, we had to wash them ourselves before use. They were 'washed', but more likely rinsed or something, they looked pretty nasty and definitely not clean enough to put your food onto. However, the hotel does provide a kitchen cleaning kit when you check in. The next thing is housekeeping. We noticed that not a single time our room was vacuumed... which was pretty disappointing because we stayed for 5 nights, so you can imagine how the floor looked after several days of eating baguettes. There were very visible crubs too, since we were not being careful with the mess because how can you not vacuum a hotel room for more than one day? Seems a bit absurd to me, and it kept being a bigger and bigger annoyance, because the crumbs were accumulating day after day. Maybe it is just my expectation, but it seems standard that even cheap hotel rooms get vacuumed VERY regularly. Also, the vent in the shower was always on, and it was always making this whistling wind sound. Even with the bathroom doors closed, you could slightly hear it. It's not a big deal, but I might as well mention it.

Positive: Staff was super nice. The hotel is comfortable, especially beds. The room was clean, it has everything we needed.
Negative: It was pretty cold in the room. I set the temperature on 23 degrees, then on 25. Didn't work. It still felt like 16. Other from this, it was all ok. Didn't want to complain about it, because, as I said, staff was super nice and we had everything else. Besides that, I traveled to Germany a month ago and over there was cold too. So, I guess it's like that in many places.
Summary: Great place to stay. Kind staff. Has all you need.
